Job description:

Perform variety of complex inspection jobs within the discipline; provide day to day work directions as required for inspection of new or existing facilities; ensure work performed conforms with engineering specifications ,standards and monitor implementation of project quality control program.

• inspect high & low voltage terminations, splicing, cable pulling operations and substations
• inspect above and below ground electrical installations
• inspect and/or test transformer and switch gear oil
• inspect on electrical motors, generators, transformers, switches and other miscellaneous items.
• review and comments on QC program developed by construction contractors
• perform indepth review to verify conformity with engineering standards and specifications on project design and construction stage.
• write inspection reports, non-compliance reports; prepare and maintain inspection reports
• train junior personnel
• review inspection waiver requests

Requirements:

• Electrical Engg with 8-10 years experience in inspection or Diploma in Electrical Engg with 10-12 years experience in inspection.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal);
• Excellent writing and written communication skills in English;
• Experience working with international companies,
