İşiniz nədən ibarətdir?
- Prosessing sistemində və onunla əlaqəli digər program təminatlarında baş verən problemlərin analizi və həllinin təmin edilməsi.
- Prosessing vendoru ilə danışıqların aparılması
- İşlə əlaqədar olaraq digər komandalarla çalışmaq, problemlərin operativ və dəqiq həllini təmin etmək.
- Mövcud sistemlərin, həmçinin yeni yaradılacaq məhsulların sxema və işləmə prinsiplərinin sənədləşdirilməsi.
- OS ilə əlaqəli inzibatı tapşırıqları yerinə yetirmək (Linux/Windows idarə edilməsi).
- Testləşdirmə və sistem yeniliklərinin tətbiqi
Sizdən nə tələb olunur?
- Linuks əməliyyat sistemində əsas anlayışlar
- SELECT səviyyəsində SQL sorğulama dili bilikləri
- VİSA və MASTERCARD ödəmə isstemləri haqqında ümumi anlayış
- Texniki sənədləri oxuyub anlayacaq, lazım gəldikdə beynəlxalq ödəmə sistemləri və program təminatı vendoru ilə əlaqə yarada biləcək qədər İngilis dili biliyi
- Güclü ünsiyyət qurma və sistematik problemləri həll etmə bacarığı
- Analitik düşüncə və fövqəladə hallara reaksiya vermə qabiliyyəti
- JİRA ilə işləmə bacarığı
- Təhsil: Kompüter Elmləri və ya əlaqəli texniki sahə üzrə Bakalavr təhsili
- Tələb olunan iş təcrübəsi: Minimum 3 il iş təcrübəsi
Bunlar üstünlükdür:
- Prosessing sahəsində iş təcrübəsi, xüsusilə TİETO program təminatı üzrə, Way4, Tsys, Compass Plus, SmartVista və digərləri də ola bilər
- Böyük həcmli loglar və data ilə işləmə prinsipləri
- Proses avtomatlaşdırma və skripting üzrə təcrübə
- Oracle verilənlər bazası idarəetməsində ilkin biliklər

Card processing is a software complex that processes authorizations for cards of our bank and cards of other banks in our e-commerce terminals and POS terminals; as well as settlement for all these operations. Like any other complex software package, it needs support and care, which, as part of a small team of young and friendly professionals, you will have to provide!

Terms of references:
- Work with requests for team’s incidents and projects in JIRA;
- Analyze and fix problems in work of processing system as well as in related systems;
- Interact with the processing system’s vendor through the JIRA ticket management system;
- Interact with related teams (developers, testers etc) to solve emerging problems and current issues.
- Describe existing processes in the internal knowledge base and document solutions and products developed during project execution;
- Performing OS related administrative tasks (Linux/Windows administration)
- Testing and installing changes
Required skills:
- You know the Linux console ,it seems familiar and understandable to you;
- You know SQL at the select level
- Have an idea of the basics of payment networks such as VISA, MasterCard
- You know English well enough to understand technical documentation and to communicate easily with the support staff of payment networks, if necessary, on technical issues;
- Team player, stong communication, ability to work effectively in a team fostered, multi-tasking environment, good analytical skills, emergency response
- Education: Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Work experience: Minimum 2 years of experience
This will be an advantage if:
- You had experience in administering card processing. Ideally Tieto, but it could be Way4, Tsys, Compass Plus, SmartVista and others;
- You know how to parse large logs using the magic of grep / awk / sed etc.
- You had experience in automating routine in any scripting language;
- You know the very basics of Oracle database administration;
