Sales Coordinator

Key Functions:

  • Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures
  • Handle the processing of all requests with accuracy and timelines
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Working with staff members from other departments such as marketing, research/design and financing to optimize sales
  • Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Preparing reports required by Management

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in: Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
  • Experience as a sales person or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
  • Good computer skills (OPERA PMS knowledge will be considered a plus)
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
