Key Accountabilities:
- Responding to technical support calls from end users of computers and software applications
- Installing and configuring client computer systems.
- Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
- Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
- Undertaking small- to medium-sized IT projects as instructed by the IT manager
- Supporting and maintaining MS Server/Desktops and MS Exchange/SQL/Linux
- Providing support for Windows/MAC PCs
Essential Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science.
Essential Criteria:
- Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time
- 1+ years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian languages
- Good Teamwork skills
