Responsibilities:
- To manage the coordination of the lead time with the warehouse representatives according to the differences in the incoming orders.
- To provide stock optimization with reasonable cost within the framework of stock coverage ratios, turn over time, safety stock.
- To collect and analyse inventory control data and purchasing strategies based on value, history, forecasting, and special demands.
- To increase savings while aiming to dissolve excess and dead stocks by using transfers between stocks.
- To report to management and advise on process improvements.
- To manage the refill and excess return process according to the rules.
- To organize and develop inventory management related to PIC processes and projects, to integrate with SAP.
- To partner with the sales and operations teams to develop accurate long-term forecasts that will be used to support all business planning activities
- To manage the operations that need to be created with different delivery methods depending on customer demand, except for the general procedure.
- To coordinate order tracking with Cat.
- To address any problems, obstacles or challenges.
- To forecast future inventory requirements.
- To prepare product support strategies by major classes.
- To claim support programs to PSCS.
- To analyse parts specification and prepare pricing principles.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain or relevant field from the accredited university or at least 2 years of work experience as an inventory planning specialist.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Working knowledge of word processor, database and spreadsheet software.
- Exceptional analytical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Able to prioritize work, delegate, and meet deadlines
- Positive "can do" attitude with a passion for customer service.
- Collaborative worker and teambuilding ability.
- Fluency in written and oral Azerbaijani, English and Russian. Proficiency in Turkish is preferred.
- Computer skills-user level (MS Office usage).
- Ability to travel on occasion.
