Main Accountabilities:

  • Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product (Trade credit line) using scripts
  • Answering questions about products or the company
  • Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Registered calls at internal CRM 
  • Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service
  • Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities
  • Generate and  Direct prospects and leads to the sales team 
  • Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers
  • Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered
  • Will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers with the main goal to achieve sales quota.  

Requirements:

  • University graduate (economy, law)
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs 
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent knowledge of Russian / Azeri ;  English- Upper Intermediate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
