Role Description:

• An front and back-end software expert (JavaScript\ NodeJS, React)
• Full stack engineers will have a range of responsibilities from shaping and implementing strategic products to ensuring that client  stays on the leading edge of technology 
• Our Full stack engineers contribute across the technology stack, from database and DevOps infrastructure that supports continuous deployment, to native apps
• Full stack engineers will have a real passion for development and a demonstrated appetite for continual learning, typically manifest in their community contributions (e.g., open source work,  publishing / speaking on technical ideas)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee acknowledged as an industry expert in key technology areas and building large scale digital products (scalable to millions of customer)
• Influences and sets goals for digital product architecture and technologies at organizational level
• Creates innovative solutions that generate significant value 
• Influences cross-organizational improvement in engineering standards and discipline
• Proactively initiates and drives initiatives to improve the technical direction and capabilities of the organization
• Leads & coaches teams in building digital products using best practice engineering (Dev-ops, CI, CD, TDD, test automation etc..)
• Empowers team to take ownership to solve problems and make decisions
• Proactively Identifies and resolves technical impediments before they impact development
• initiation and execution of continuous improvement efforts in
  coordination with analytics teams

Experience, Competencies and Skills Required:

• 3+ years in this role working with product development teams, delivering and building digital products 
• An expert in product development for web, mobile and services with hands on experience coding in with web and JS frameworks
• An expert in Agile software development methodologies and processes including CI, CD, TDD and BDD
• An front and backend software expert (JavaScript\ NodeJS, React)
• Experience with development and integration activity from API (REST, OpenAPI\Swagger, API Gateways)
• Acknowledged as an industry expert in key technology areas and building large scale digital products (scalable to millions of customer)
• Influences and sets goals for digital product architecture and technologies at organizational level
• An expert in product development for web, mobile and services with hands on experience coding in with web and JS frameworks
• An expert in Agile software development methodologies and processes including CI, CD, TDD and BDD
• Influences cross-organizational improvement in engineering standards and discipline
