Base salary: 2000-3500 net AZN monthly depending on qualification and experience
Qualification:
- Minimum bachelor degree in a technical discipline (mechanical is preferable)
- Minimum 7 years of QA/QC experience in Oil and Gas
- Experience with BP Client.
- ISO 9001 Lead auditor qualification. Experience in leading Quality audits.
- Basic knowledge of NDT methods and applications
- Basic knowledge of painting and other corrosion protection systems and their applications.
- Intermediate user skills of Microsoft office programs
- Good level of spoken and written English language.
- No offshore traveling required
Job Summary:
Maintain Quality Function within OneSubsea Product Line
- Compliance Management – regulatory, policy and procedural
- Represent OneSubsea to Clients with regards to the Quality function
- Part of the corporate Quality team and responsible for maintaining Quality function in line with corporate policy
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the Project Master Document Register (MDR), Internal Audits, NCR / FPR Analysis, SQ/PQ Reporting. Etc.) in accordance with API Q2 / ISO9001 standards and is consistent with Schlumberger QHSE standards / Onesubsea policies.
- Supporting onshore activity to ensure delivery of reliable Wells system, URF system and Controls / Instrumentation equipment offshore. Support is provided by ensuring appropriate Quality Assurance requirements have been met as per Onesubsea Bill of Material (BOM), Pre-Planned Maintenance (PPM) and major rework activities. Documents are collated, compiled and reviewed by competent personnel prior to Client sign off for Onesubsea, Client owned and third-party equipment for drilling, completion and intervention work.
- Ensure Zero NPT caused by Quality issues for equipment supplied from the onshore bases.
- Responsible for Quality improvement activities including analysis of non-conformance and training of Company and supplier personnel in Quality related matters. Root cause / corrective action implementation and verification. Identify areas to deliver continuous improvement in equipment quality including process design and implementation improvements.
- To read and understand drawings, documents, and specifications
- Perform quality control inspection activities (including Dimension check) related to the service, repair and refurbishment of Equipment and Tools, to verify and assure compliance with Company specifications and industry requirements;
- Perform receipt inspection, in-process inspection and final release inspection activities and to create relevant reports of such activities;
- Perform witness and verification of Equipment/Tools undergoing acceptance testing and to review results of such tests for compliance with requirements;
- Identification and appropriate labelling of non-conforming product to prevent its unintended utilization;
- Raising, updating and closing down of rejection reports to facilitate the control and rework of non-conforming product;
- Monitoring and manage non-conformance systems.
- Providing daily, weekly and monthly reports to management and Client
- Planning and conducting internal and self-verification audits and inspections.
- Responsible for coordinating both outsourced and in-house equipment calibration and testing activities;
- Report all Quality and HSE issues and incidents in accordance with Company’s standards
- Participate in review process of quality plans & procedures
- Responsible for creating and submitting Company deviation requests and technical queries.
- Respond to Company issued NCRs in a timely manner.
- Ensure efficient communication between projects, operations and Client stakeholders.
