                Duties and responsibilities:
	- Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties;
 
	- Scheduling appointments, organizing meetings and maintaining events;
 
	- Typing, formatting and editing databases and keeping records;
 
	- Reminding the director of important tasks and deadlines;
 
	- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems;
 
	- Conducting or preparing any research that director may require;
 
	- Copying, scanning documents as well as taking notes;
 
	- Liaising with internal departments, answering calls and making arrangements;
 
	- Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets.
 
Requirements:
	- High education;
 
	- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
 
	- Fluent in Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
 
	- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
 
	- Organizational skills;
 
	- Exceptional interpersonal skills;
 
	- 1-2 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous.
