Duties and responsibilities:

  • Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties;
  • Scheduling appointments, organizing meetings and maintaining events;
  • Typing, formatting and editing databases and keeping records;
  • Reminding the director of important tasks and deadlines;
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems;
  • Conducting or preparing any research that director may require;
  • Copying, scanning documents as well as taking notes;
  • Liaising with internal departments, answering calls and making arrangements;
  • Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets.

Requirements:

  • High education;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Organizational skills;
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills;
  • 1-2 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous.
