The Social Fund for Development of IDPS (SFDI) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, an implementing agency for “IDPs Living Standards and Livelihoods Project” financed by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Government of Azerbaijan, announces the following vacancy:
- Assistant Procurement Manager
Requirement and Qualifications:
Education
Higher education (bachelor degree) in either economics, business administration, engineering or management;
Experience and Knowledge
At least 3 years of experience;
Other Skills
Fluency in Azeri and good level of English;
Good computer skill (MS Windows, MS Excel, Word)
Consultants will be selected in accordance with the Section V, IC procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (May 2004, revised October 2006, May 2010 and January 2011).
