The Social Fund for Development of IDPS (SFDI) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, an implementing agency for “IDPs Living Standards and Livelihoods Project” financed by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Government of Azerbaijan, announces the following vacancy:
- Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist
Requirement and Qualifications:
Education
A university degree in the area of construction or social sciences (minimum bachelor degree, master’s degree preferred);
Experience and Knowledge
At least 3 years of experience in accordance with the construction and community participation methodology;
At least 3 years of work experience with IDP;
Other Skills
Fluency in Azeri (English is an advantage);
Excellent computer skills (MS Windows, MS Excel, Word);
Ability to work with vulnerable people.
Consultants will be selected in accordance with the Section V, IC procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (May 2004, revised October 2006, May 2010 and January 2011).
