Job Requirements:
• Master's degree in a related field preferred;
• 5-7 year work experience as a marketing manager in the same area required;
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), 1C;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English ;
Job Responsibilities:
● Lead the team members and implement innovative growth strategies
● Generate huge online traffic by applying unique and effective marketing strategies on social media and by implementing effective SEO tactics
● Lead marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation
● Design and implement digital marketing campaigns
● Optimize email marketing, social media, and digital advertising
• Market analysis: studying the range goods of competitors, the demand for competitive products and successful marketing campaigns aimed at the target audience - doctors and cosmetologists.
• Together with the category managers, development of a motivation system and building loyalty of the target audience.
• Development and formulation of technical tasks for the production of advertising and printing products from a layout to a ready-made solution for use in medical promotion. Monitoring timely updates.
• Organization of the participation of representatives of the target audience in exhibitions and conferences held by partners.
• Analysis of the effectiveness of events and actions.
• Planning, ensuring and control of budget execution within the area of responsibility.
Terms and conditions:
