Role and Responsibility:

• Accordance with the labor legislation management of hiring, dismiss, preparation of labor contracts and working in e-gov system;
• Formulation of employee personal folder and regularly control changes;
• Working with vacation registration and work-book;
• Working with governmental insurance and monthly reporting;
• Preparation and reporting all govermental and managerial reports;
• Working with time-sheet and reporting;
• Recruitment and interview management.

Qualifications:

• Higher education;
• High knowledge of Azerbaijan Labor Code;
• Minimum 2+ years experience;
• High working experience in e-goverment portal;
• High knowledge in HR functions, standards and procedures;
• English language (additional languages will be a plus).
