Key Functions:

• Oversee all reservations, payment procedures established for facilities, treatments and other services
• Issue and arrange memberships
• Encourage sales through full product and price knowledge of offered and available facilities
• Receive guest bookings as per standards and sequences
• Liaise with therapists and instructors to ensure operation runs smoothly
• Handle guest complaints if possible or report to manager
• Other relevant duties assigned by management


• Customer Focused
• Strong language skills (Azeri, Russian, English)
• Proven leadership qualities
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Spa
• Fitness and Hospitality experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Public speaking knowledge and experience
