Main Duties:

• To input records and data to the system with the instructions of Executive Director and Finance Manager.
• To reconcile daily, monthly and yearly transactions.
• To assist in preparing balance sheets, processing invoices and etc.
• To assist in month-end, quarter-end and year-end finance processes.
• To develop an in-depth knowledge of organizational products and process.
• To support the Finance Manager and executives with finance projects and tasks when required.
• To assist in maintaining complete and supported accounting records of the company as per Policies & Procedures.
• To bring to the attention of Finance Manager of any deficiency in the system, reports indicating trend of balances, accounts requiring special attention and etc.
• To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance;
• Relevant experience is preferable;
• Proficiency in English, any additional language is preferable;
• Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing);
• Attention to details and ability to handle multiple tasks;
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet multiple tight deadlines;
• Flexible and possess initiative to see all assignments and projects through to completion unsupervised;
• Organizational skills and proficient computer skills required.
