Order fulfillment manager for leading Fashion e-commerce in Baku
 
A leading international Fashion e-commerce company in Baku is looking for an order fulfillment manager to help to develop the business. If you are analytical, structured and proficient at excel this is a unique opportunity to work in a very entrepreneurial and challenging environment. Job description:
- Receive and process customer orders
- Work closely with Customer Service on handling cancellations and editing of orders
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reporting of sales figures, costs, delivery times, etc. in Excel
- Handle contact with suppliers, shipping and delivery firms on matters concerning order fulfillment
- Participate in supply chain management and analysis
- Salary 400-500 AZN
- Working time 09.00-18.00

Requisites:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (basic formatting, creating formulas, setting up dashboards, handling pivot tables, etc.) In the interview, we will give you a test in Excel to check your Excel knowledge.
- Experience within logistics and/or order managementis desirable but not required
- Strong organizational and quantitative/analytical skills
- Very structured approach to working and ability to multi-task
