o Line management in the organization: Senior IST Officer
o Line management on site: Site Superintendent (EPS platform, offshore Oil Rocks)
- Present job holder : new recruitment
- Duration: Long term
- Location: Onshore with frequent offshore periods.
JOB DIMENSIONS / CONTEXT
Absheron Early Production Scheme (EPS) is an early development phase to target a first gas production mid-2022.
JOCAP Joint Operating Company of Absheron Petroleum is a new Company created in March 2018, which is the Operator of Absheron from August 2018.
Absheron development reference agreements are PSA (production Sharing Agreement), JOA (Joint Operating Agreement) and addendums.
EPS Project technical data:
o 152Mscf/d of gas, 12kbbl/d of condensate; production from 1 subsea well, 34km multiphase flowline, dedicated new platform installed at Oil Rocks field (operated by SOCAR); WHSIP = 555bar, WHFP = 380bar.
o Servers and IT/Telecom equipment in Baku main office ,Oil Rocks Control room, Platform and other Company IT facilities
o CWE Collaborative Working Environment (Smart Room) in Baku main Office with real time links with Oil Rocks CCR
o JOCAP system is based on Active Directory, Mail System (domain jocap.az), File Print system, etc...Workstations with Windows 7/10, Wi-Fi access for JOCAP and Visitors, etc.
o Approximately 110 clients in Baku, 15 clients in Oil Rocks
Multicultural context with documents in different languages, mainly Azeri or English.
The job holder responsibilities are:
- In charge of TELECOM activities during commissioning phase;
- Maintenance of Servers and IT/Telecom equipment (Laptops, desktops, tabs, printers, network devices, phones, radios and etc…) in the Oil Rocks Control room, Platform and other Company offshore IT facilities;
- Participation in the maintenance of PI, NPDMS and E-Permit system;
- Maintenance of the Company’s standard software;
- General Helpdesk and support;
- Monitoring of Company’s IT equipment in the CCR and Platform;
- Liaison with Company’s offshore IT service providers;
HSE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Comply with the Activities described within the HSE Management System
- Take reasonable care of own Health and Safety and that of Others who may be affected by their acts at work
- Each employee, at his level of responsibility, must observe all Company Rules, Procedures and instructions in the performance of his own task
- Ensures compliance to company safety and security standards, procedures and policies.
- Assure of the safety of his work site
- Exercise such caution as is necessary to avoid danger to persons and installations or to avoid pollution
- Report any anomaly, abnormal conditions and near miss to supervisor
- Participate actively in or lead when required HSE meetings, safety talks, tool boxes, training sessions and drills Authority to suspend activities when there is a potential or actual threat to human life, the installation or the environment, and notify forthwith the responsible supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- 5 year experience in IT and Telecom (Windows workstations and IT hardware)
- Bachelor Degree in Electronics or Computer science
- Knowledge of Security concepts and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Fluent in English and Azeri (spoken and written) - Russian recommended
