Main duties:

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
• Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
• Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
• Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
• Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
• Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
• Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships

Requirements::

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Marketing field
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• The ability of working in a team and being a reliable team member, experience of management at least the team of 3 people
• Problem solving skills and experience
• Ability of communication with different departments and international partners
• Event organization and management skills and experience
• Idea generation; Ability of creating creative content for brand awareness
• Strong writing skills, development of articles on product, fashion for magazines, invitation texts etc.
• Experience of developing the yearly budget, its implementation and control over the budget
• Ability of organizing fashion photo and video shootings
