Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate Sales Invoices or credit memos in a system
- Collect all Backups and Prepare Full Sales Invoice package to send to customers through various channels (mail, e-mail etc.)
- Issue and Register Local Tax Invoices in Online Tax System
- Update Invoice Register in Excel and Reconcile with e-Tax report
- Perform various activities to support a company's accounting department and billing processes
Qualifications:
- Degree in economics/finance
- Experience working on similar positions in Multinational companies more than 1-2 years
- Good command of English, Russian and Azeri
- Basic knowledge of Azeri Local Tax legislation
- MS Excel user
- Experience with ERP
- Good organizational skills
Working Conditions:
- 8-hour working day (09:00 – 18:00), Monday to Friday, Lunch break: 12:00 – 13:00 or 13:00 – 14:00
- Being “on call” out of office ours is important
Remuneration:
800.00 AZN NET. Selection of candidates will be based on written and verbal tests.
