Key responsibilities:
- Work experience as a receptionist or Clerk in the Hospitality industry
- High level of written and verbal business Azeri, Russian, English
- High level of social and interpersonal skills
- Highly developed organizational skills
Requirements:
- Greet hotel guests.
- Maintain an orderly front desk.
- Operate computer programs and phone systems
- Maintain guest records and book reservations.
- Contact necessary staff to solve problems when challenges arise, ensuring guest comfort
