Scope of Work

- Translation of a textbook in the field of biotechnology, comprising approximately 280,000 words. The translator is required to proceed with approximately 1500 words per working day for timely and high quality accomplishment of the project results.
- The work will be implemented online, including the communication with the team. Occasional face to face meetings will be arranged.
- Service providers will use their own equipment for translation.
- Legal arrangement will be through the service contract. Remuneration will be upon successful, confirmed delivery of the translated text.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in translation, language studies, or in a similar field. A Masters degree in the same field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of consecutive experience in written translation of technical texts from English to Azerbaijani.
- Substantial experience in translation of medical and/or biological academic texts;
- Excellent command of Azerbaijani language;
- Punctuality: deadlines must be strictly followed. Delays will not be tolerated
- Accuracy in the translation of scientific texts
- Tax registration in the Republic of Azerbaijan with corresponding electronic signature and bank account

Remuneration

- 6 qəpik per word. The total number of words: 280,000 words
