Key Accountabilities:

• Technical compilation and translation of the contracts (commercial, employment, etc.)
• Archiving and registration letters, acts, orders and all legal agreements
• Registration of various contracts (commercial, employment, etc.)
• Preparation of letters on various issues at the request of management and department heads
• Inviting Notary and authorized documents.
• Preparation of annual meetings, addendums to the charter and other corporate documents
• Representing the company in state and nongovernmental organizations.

Essential Education:

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a Legal field

Essential Criteria:

• 2 year of relevant experience
• Good computer literacy in MS Office Suite (particularly MS Excel app)
• Good knowledge skills in Azerbaijani, Russian and English

Desirable Criteria:

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Working well as part of a bigger team, but also be able to deliver and work independently;
