Job Description

Responsibilities: Proposals Stage


• Work with commercial, contractual and administrative matters in relation to Subcontractors input into bid proposals
• Ensure all relevant documentation for Subcontractors bid proposals is complete and correct
• Ensure timely Subcontractor bid documentation compilation, solicitation, receipt and evaluations
• Liaise with relevant internal departments on proposals issues
• Liaise with bidders during proposal process

Responsibilities: Project Stage
  
• Preparation of requests for proposal
• Evaluation of tenders
• Finalization of Subcontract documents
• Work with commercial and contractual matters in relation to Subcontracts
• Identify, evaluate, prepare and subsequent agreement of Subcontract work scope changes
• Develop and update cost forecasts for input to Cost Controls Manager
• Conduct meetings with Subcontractors where contractual and administration items are discussed
• Provide input to Project weekly/ monthly reports
• Liaise as necessary with Project Contract Engineers

Requirements:

 At least 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience within the Oil and Gas industry
• Experience in subcontracts bid proposals and project subcontract administration
• Effective communication and presentations skills

 Monthly Salary 1500-2000 AZN. Depends on candidates’ level of experience.
