Job Description:
Business Planning Strategies
- responsible for development of marketing and operational strategies in order to achieve targets for net sales, operating profit and market share in Azerbaijan.
- leads cross-functional agenda to support implementation of the set strategies
Market analysis and operations
- analyses key trends and overall toys industry and market trends to support development of multichannel sales and effective resource allocation
- supports product portfolio optimization and new product launches
- closely monitors sales force effectiveness indicators and alignment with set targets and strategies
Forecasting and pricing
- contributes to full commercial cycle process ensuring Achievement targeted sales, merchandising, and customer servicing quality
- Recommends Trade marketing activities.
Field force support, Communication with internal and external stakeholders
- supports field force managers in implementing marketing strategy
- Insures effective interaction with all the internal and external stakeholders
Brand accountability
- responsible for managing whole portfolio of brands
Required qualification and experience
- Proficient Azerbaijani, English, Russian
- 3 years: brand or marketing or store management experience
- Skills: proven leadership, teamwork, presentation skills
