New Services and Technologies unit
Being part of Information Communication Technologies department, the New Services and Technologies (NST) unit operates MO’s product portfolio lifecycle. Since each product and service of MO is created on the basis of both business and technical requirements, the NST engineers manage these requirements and control their timely and successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

•Researching new services and technologies in the field of information and communication technologies
•Presenting and spreading the information about the new services and technologies
•Managing the corresponding projects
•Preparing reports on new services and projects

Required Skills and Experience:

•University degree (Technical)
•Project management
•Time management
•Basics of programming
•Strong knowledge of WINDOWS and UNIX OS
•3 years of work experience in related fields
•Language skills: Azerbaijani and Russian - fluent, English - upper intermediate (technical)
