Azerbaijan Coca-Cola is currently looking for Compensation and Benefits Specialist to ensure the efficient ongoing administration of the full range of staff benefits and entitlements, including payroll administration, and privileges and immunities, as well as continuous improvement of conditions of service through participation in policy reform and process enhancement.

Major Activities:

• Providing  expertise and inputs to the revision and/or development of policies relating to staff well-being, compensation and entitlements and compensation issues.
• Keeping abreast of best practices in benefits, entitlements and compensation policies and practices and seeking continuous technology and process improvement in the delivery of services.
• Writing job descriptions.
• Conducting salary surveys.
• Preparing analysis reports to summarize job evaluations.
• Ensuring company compliance with local laws and regulations in the related field.
• Providing advice on the resolution of classification and salary complaints.
• Advising employees and management on employment regulations and benefit and compensation policies.
• Preparing job classifications and salary scales.
• Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of personnel records/database.
• Overseeing  the timely administration and processing of salaries, benefits, allowances and entitlements in accordance with staff rules and regulations.
• Ensuring the timely processing of appointments, change of duty station, extensions, promotions and separations, and monitor all related payroll actions, as required.
• Evaluate and recommend administrative actions for complex cases and/or exceptions to rules relating to salaries, benefits, entitlements, staff privileges and immunities.

Ideal Profile:

• University degree in the relevant area.
• At least 3 years of progressively responsible professional experience in compensation and benefits.
• Experience in the revision and/or development of policies relating to staff well-being, compensation and entitlements.
• Experience in evaluating and recommending administrative actions for complex cases and/or exceptions to staff rules relating to salaries, benefits, entitlements, staff privileges and immunities.
• Knowledge of international and local HR management issues and practices.
• Knowledge of staff benefit and entitlement principles and practices.
• Ability to interpret relevant staff rules, analyzing precedents and advising on the appropriate course of action.
• Fluency in written and spoken Azeri and English. Knowledge of Russian is desirable.
