Main responsibilities:
Regular reporting to Business Manager and Head of Commercial Department:
• Reporting on Commercial activities, including Financing, Insurance and Risk related matters
• Provide necessary calculations and cost – benefit analysis of various commercial scenarios applicable in Oil & Gas transportation services
• Reporting from meetings/teleconferences and any other 3rd party engagements
• Communication with external parties on a regular basis, as required
• Assistance in Monthly Reporting Activities to other Company Departments
• Preparation of periodical reporting on key commercial indicators (transportation tariffs, escalation, volumes)
• Provision of evidence based conclusions to support management’s decision making with regards to Insurance, Project Financing and Risk Management decisions
Requirements:
• Professional experience (minimum 5 years) in commercial and/or business support functions, knowledge of Risk Management and Insurance is an asset
• Higher education/Bachelor degree (accounting/economic/finance or equivalent)/Master Degree, MBA is preferred
• English, Russian, Azerbaijani languages – fluent (advanced)
• Ability to work in team and to take initiatives
• Attention to details
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of Risk Management process and ability to analyse Risk Matrices;
• Experience in Insurance and Claim Management, including broker/insurer tendering process (support to PSCM)
• Understanding of Financial Risk Management;
• Experience in Project Financing/Corporate Finance and ability to calculate and analyse Cost of Capital, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return and other financial indicators
• General understanding of Oil & Gas industry, particularly Midstream (Transportation) segment of the industry
