Marketing Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

• Accomplishes organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
• Manage and oversee social media content
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Create materials for Spices (Menu, Promotional Content, etc)
• Plan and execute marketing events in coordination with Spices
• Develop food delivery arm of Spices (Wolt, 189, etc)
• Find innovative solutions to problems that arise or goals we aim to reach.

Working Hours & Benefits

• 5 day working week

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
• Fluent in English, Azerbaijani. Preference for Chinese, Indian or Thai.
• Proven working experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality realm
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
