McDermott Caspian Contractors, Inc. is seeking for a
suitable candidate for the position of
IT Manager – Caspian Operations
Role: Providing of IT and Communications Services
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and control resources required to effectively provide day to day IT & Communication services
2. Ensure security of IT hardware and data, including backups & virus protection
3. Review and approval of requests for IT services
4. Ensure compliance with McDermott IMS Policies & Procedures
5. Ensure alignment of services with Corporate & Legal requirements
6. Provision of adequate helpdesk and user support
7. Implementation of IT cost chargeback procedures
8. Conduct Employee evaluations & reviews
9. Interface with other McDermott sites, clients and vendors through regular meetings and reporting schedules
10. Perform other duties as assigned
Authorities:
1. Set employee goals & priorities
2. Conduct employee evaluations, reviews and disciplinary procedures
3. Selection, interview and recommendation for the hiring of new employees
4. Ensure that McDermott policies for use of IT equipment are adhered
to approval of expenditure within delegated limits
Accountabilities:
1. Meet agreed project schedules
2. Meet agreed IT system availability levels
3. Meet Scorecard goals (mandatory & discretionary)
4. Work within departmental and project budgets
