McDermott Caspian Contractors, Inc., branch of worldwide engineering and construction company in oil and gas industry, is interested in recruiting the following category of personnel.

Medical Officer Offshore for Diving Support Vessel (DSV)
Approximate duration 6 months.

Education and Experience:

A licensed physician with at least 3-5 years as Medical Practitioner. Previous work in a hospital Emergency Room or company medical clinic is preferable.

Trainings and work experience:

• Offshore work experience onboard vessels preferably DSV (Diving Support Vessels) or barges with diving jobs
• Must have Diving and Hyperbaric Medicine Training
• Trainings on ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) & ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support)
• Trainings on Occupational and Industrial Medicine preferred (Industrial Hygiene Practices, Food Safety/HACCP, OSHA Guidelines, use of alcometers, etc)

Added Requirements:
• Good verbal and written communication in English, Azerbaijan and Russian
• Good interpersonal and patient skills
• Good knowledge in Occupational Health and Industrial Medicine practices
