The Embassy is seeking applications for the position of temporary receptionist. We require a part time receptionist to provide a high quality reception service for our customers and staff. The successful candidate will have excellent written and spoken Azerbaijani, English and Russian, excellent customer service skills, excellent organisational skills, be able to work effectively with others as part of a team and a good knowledge of IT.

Main Duties and Responsibilities include:

Manage telephone switchboard, transfer incoming and outgoing calls as required
Arrange travel and accommodation bookings for Embassy staff and visitors
Co-ordinate the driver’s diary
Assist with requisitioning and receiving of goods and services
Welcoming visitors, maintain reception area, process and distribute mail, faxes

Ideal Candidate will have

· Excellent Azeri, Russian and English
· Excellent customer service skills
· Good IT skills and experience of Microsoft computer packages
· Experience welcome but not essential

Salary and Employment

Embassy working hours are 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday. You will be required to work 5 hours a day. Monthly gross salary for this position is AZN 522.36 payable monthly in arrears. In addition, the successful applicant will receive a comprehensive medical insurance package.
