Tasks to be performed under this assignment:

The Website shall consist of below pages (in bold) and page description (Programming languages do not matter and admin task doesn’t need to be specified separately):

• Course Page
- able to search course: type, topic, place (online on site)
- add course - course description
- online application form for every course (without sign up)
- completed course material (this section will be appeared if course is completed);
- training materials will be provided (videos, ppts, some external library links, pdfs)

• Main page
- should show courses and stories (next and previous (if video available);
- all recent online courses
- all recent stories

• About Page
- Board
- Teams
- Job
- sign up (email confirmation)
- new courses stories: will send to registered users for every training
- sign in

• Contact page
• Stories Page
• Title and pic seem on the page
• Topics Page

- List of topics will be on the page
- Every topic related with courses and stories
- Social sharing features
- Language options
- Search function

Expected deliverables

• High quality and user-friendly website developed
• One-year support after website was developed
• Ability to expand/ change the website beyond above mentioned pages
• Provide the blueprint/ codes of the web page design
• Consider inclusivity standards in the design

Implementation period – 01 June - 30 August 2021

Education and experience:

• Have at least 7 years of prior experience designing visually appealing and navigation friendly web sites;
• Familiarity and relevant experience in using different Content Management Systems (CMS), particularly WordPress;
• Have a broad knowledge of current web development technologies and design tools in the field, and new software and other web programming languages and programs including use of HTML, XHTML, CSS, XML, XSLT, Macromedia Flash, Java;
• Have excellent knowledge of recent trends in graphic design, web sites, including online video publishing and social media networking;
• Demonstrate the ability to create innovative and visually appealing design

Language requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken English and Azerbaijani

Note: Support and maintenance: Administrative and technical support, quality control for a period of one year following the launch of the website is required.
