Sinteks Company is the one of the largest and most successful fashion retailers in Caucasus with 39 points of sales in the Region. A current activity of the Sinteks MMC is Fashion Retail/Franchising of fashion labels: Gucci, Dolce&Gabbana, Escada, Burberry, Emporio-Armani, Salvatore Ferragamo and others.
Currently we are recruiting a Training Manager who will be responsible for implementation of a special training program and further training of the sales staff (sales representatives, administrators, managers & etc.) according to implemented training program. The main objectives are to equip staff with knowledge and skills to perform job-related tasks and to provide improvement of employees' skills, enabling them to demonstrate the best performance.
Responsibilities:
• To train existing and new employees according to special training program
• To prepare the training plan and to adhere strictly to its
• To complete group of employees to train, schedule lessons, provide timely information to employees about the direction of training, monitor training visit
• Doing the following forms of reporting:
• o the annual plan of training;
• o monthly Training Plan
• o quarterly progress reports and results
• Evaluate the results of training through the final tests and interviews. Analyze the feedback
• To monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
• To conduct refresh training
Requirements:
• Training, learning experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Coaching and leadership skills
• Ability to encourage and motivate people
• Fluent knowledge in Azeri and Russian languages; English language knowledge is welcome
