Job Role Responsibilities:

- Ensure that Company Policies and Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to and followed at all times

Development projects
- Participate in project development and take responsibility of defined action plan
- Maintain the promotion stage of program, ensure recruitment of relevant participants
- Support program participants by scheduling rotations and assignments, to monitor their job contributions
- Present development projects at career events, deliver presentations for universities

Succession planning
- Participate in development and implementation of a talent identification, assessment, career planning and succession planning methodology across the organization
- Participate in identification and definition of core competencies, leveraging validated assessments, identifying talent pools, toward increasing the organization’s bench strength for key roles
- Monitor the use of talent assessment tools and provide appropriate feedback and communication channels

Employee Engagement
- Participate and assist with the design of the company’s annual Employee Engagement activities
- Plan, promote and oversee logistics for events such as site-wide celebrations / holidays, employee recognition, wellness activities, performance contests and more
- Responsible for all engagement-related communication (ex. events, volunteer opportunities, etc.) to the employees

Soft skills trainings
- Schedule and coordinate groups for soft skills trainings
- Participate in development of training concept and content
- Deliver training content and materials soft skills

Requirements to candidate

- Knowledge in talent acquisition and recruiting skills
- Understanding of HR general practices
- Experience in public speaking/training delivery
- Ability of project coordination
