We expect you in our team to solve these tasks:

o develop and implement HR Management system;
o organize the process of recruiting, selection and adaptation;
o manage and improve Training and Development process of the Organization, ensuring the smooth and clear operation of department methodologists and business trainers;
o provide performance management guidance to line management, track performance of KPI of the employees, develop the personnel motivation system;
o organize performance management and talent review activities.

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, skills and values that include:

o Working knowledge and practical experience of multiple human resource divisions, minimum 4+ years, including:
o Labor Code of the AR and regulations governing the employment process
o Models and methods of HR development
o HR Metrics and Performance Management
o Organizational development and experience in organizational transformation
o Experience in managing and developing people in retail sector
o Accountability and resilience
o Excellent communication and negotiation skills
o Commitment to deliver the best employee experience
o Fluent in Azerbaijani, English and Russian
o Higher education, especially exciting if in Human Resources
o Desire to work hard and overtime if necessary
