 Regional CD Manager is responsible for  the highly effective and efficient relationships with Retailers. The position is responsible for developing a professional and motivated team that continually delivers net sales, volume, NPAT, and market share targets for accounts. Regional CD Manager plays an integral role in using a team approach across all functional areas (customer marketing, operations, finance, and logistics) to develop business and profitable growth.

• Identify potential of the region, needs and requirements of the perspective customers within assigned region.
• Set up framework for the local budget, plan and organize resources required for the complete utilization of the regional potential.
• Organize and ensure effective management of the subordinate sales team in accordance to the CP policies and procedures.
• Use all available opportunities to develop subordinates in accordance to the individual development plans; motivate and effectively control them; evaluate and retain best performing employees.
• Establish efficient relationships with Distributor Management tem in the assigned region.
• Ensure development of the business plan that aimed at the comprehensive utilization of the concrete territory potential
• Negotiate and agree responsibilities within business plan
• Ensure monitoring of the agreed action plans fulfillment on the regular basis, give feedback and make necessary corrections. 
• Establish and maintain relationships with the Key Indirect Retailers/ Wholesalers
• Participate in the negotiations of the T&C with Key Indirect Retailers/ Wholesalers and development of the customer-tailored promotional activity aimed at the maximum utilization of the Indirect Key Retailers.
• Ensure regular monitoring of the Indirect Key Retailers/ Wholesalers performance and fulfillment of the agreed responsibilities.
• Plan, organize and conduct national and local promotional activities within the region.
• Ensure control over effective spending of the local budgets and proper POPM usage.
• Evaluate effectiveness of the promotional activities and POPM; make proper actions to increase their effectiveness.
• Evaluate own effectiveness, initiate own professional and personal development. 
• Achieving the Sales value, volume & market share targets for the Branch
• Developing the optimal distribution strategy for the branch and ensuring its roll out
• Customer Management – building effective relationships
• Devising the Customer Marketing plans for the various brands and Retail Environments/Channels
• Managing the branch receivables and ensuring that the commercial hygiene indicators and processes are as per acceptable norms and taking timely remedial measures in case of deviations
• Responsible for general administration of the branch
• Ensuring an open and positive work environment which is instrumental in motivating the field sales  & the branch team and translates into superior work performance and higher employee retention
