Position title: Quality Manager
Employer: “ANC GROUP” LLC (RAHAT supermarkets)
Schedule/Location: Full-time, Baku
Job experience: min 1 year
Net salary: 400-600
Job description:
•To prepare documents / procedures for quality system;
• Responsible for Document & Data control
• Managing the internal audit program and reporting the results at the Management Review Meeting for their corrective and preventive actions.
• Follow up of corrective and preventive actions.
• For tracking and evaluation of impacts of applicable rules, legislative requirements;
• To manage, arrange, conduct and finally prepare the Quality Management Review;
• To assist CEO in monitoring departmental Task/Objectives and put up update record in every meeting.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Diploma;
• Good computer skills - MS Office,
• Good interpersonal skills, independent, hardworking and responsible with high level of initiative;
• Good EQ in interactions with people;
• Flexible, enthusiastic, self-motivated and a good team player;
• Able to work for long hours when required;
• Excellent analytical skills;
• Good negotiating skills;
• Good report writing skills.
