Duties & Responsibilities:

• Completing multiple tasks given from Sales Manager
• Review and analyze of sales processes
• Assist in developing and monitoring sales within company
• Testing problems related to general sales, analyzing and finding creative ways to solve them
• Development of customer relations, controlling customer payments
• Communicating with managers, supervisors, and the rest of the team
• Improving the sales process of the company and working toghether with sales department director on the sales strategy

Requirements to candidate:

• Higher education
• +2 years of experience in Sales Department
• Age Requirement 25-35 years old, Gender- male
• Excellent oral and written English, Azerbaijani skills, ability to communicate clearly; Russian (desirable)
• Candidates who have the car are more desirable.
• High degree of insight and analytical skill
• Strong analytical, interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and networks effectively within a diverse group
• Ability to work cooperatively and productively
• Excellent knowledge of MS programs and internal ERP systems
• Good at time management, team work and leadership
• Excellent communication, presentation, training and analytical skills
• Self confident and able to perceive customers
• A good sense of responsibility and etiquette

Terms

• 6-days work week with part day Saturday.
• Salary depends on the interview
