Caspian Investment and Development Corporation (“CIDC Baku” LLC) is embarking on a major project in the production of fast moving consumer goods and the production of raw materials to facilitate this strategy with the development of a new plant.

The Baku based state of the art manufacturing works requires the assembly of a project team with high skill, proven potential and the ability to drive the vision of “CIDC Baku” LLC.
 
We are currently looking for 4th year and Master degree students to be involved in PRODUCT ANALYSIS AND DEVELOPMENT (Research and Development Internship Programme)

Responsibilities:

1. Work in full compliance with the general work order and discipline of the company and laws and regulations.
2. Make store visits and checks on a predefined route and frequency.
3. Collect samples of competitive products.
4. Make visual observations on overal aspects of the packs on the shelves.
5. Make product analysis as per the given templates.
6. Monthly report the competitive product analysis.
7. Work in good collaboration with lab. analysts to complete his/her report.
8. Closely follow competitive actions and immediately report when a new product or upgrades on existings detected.
9. Delelop product improvement ideas and propose.
10. Determine exact pack and film dimensions for new products.
11. Make the dimensional checks of the copyproofs of the pack prints and give required info to the film supplier.
12. Trace the actual apperance of the packs to see if their loose or tight.
13. Collaborate with finance department to estimate product costs and follow the actuals.
14. Strictly comply with work safety rules, report the incidents to his/her superiors together with his/her suggestions to ensure better safety. Check the behaviours of the people he/she works with in order to prevent them from any harm.

Requirements:
