Required Skills:

● 3-5 years of experience in the industry as UI/UX designer
● Strong and up-to-date portfolio of products & startups & mobile apps
● Deep understanding of user psychology & user-centered design best practices
● Proficiency in Figma or Sketch or equivalent tool & Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
● Demonstrate a strong foundation in the visual hierarchy, layout, grid systems,, iconography, color, typography
● Excellent wireframing skills and click-through prototyping skills
● Effective analytical, creative, and visual thinker with excellent verbal and visual communication skills
● Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
● A strong command of written and spoken English
● Strong knowledge of adaptive/responsive and mobile application design principles
● Branding and marketing knowledge, business mindset
● Basic interaction design and animation skills
● Familiarity with the limitations and possibilities of most common front-end frameworks (Bootstrap, Flexbox, Material Design, iOS human interface, etc.)

Bonus Skills:

● 3D Graphics
● UX copywriting
● Familiarity with enterprise-size projects

Responsibilities:

● Working with Lead Designer, Project Manager and engineering team to deliver products and solutions on time
● Work with the Engineering team to effectively plan and support the implementation of the design vision
● Working on a variety of startups and products to create user interfaces
● Transform static compositions into interactive prototypes
● Analyzing problems of users and creating effective design solutions
● Present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
