Required Skills:

• At least 1-3 years of experience in the industry as UX/UI designer
• Strong and up-to-date portfolio
• Understanding of user psychology & user-centered design
• Proficiency in Figma or Sketch or equivalent tool & Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Excellent wireframing skills
• Experience in product design
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Excellent typography & iconography & color skills
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Minimum intermediate level of English knowledge
• Understanding the principles of adaptive/responsive design
• Familiarity with the limitations and possibilities of most common front-end frameworks (Bootstrap, Flexbox, Material Design, iOS human interface, etc.)

Bonus Skills:

• Branding knowledge, marketing knowledge, business mindset
• Knowledge of how startups work
• Interaction design skills
• Illustration skills

Responsibilities:

• Working with Project Manager, and developers to deliver products and solutions
• Working on a variety of startups and products to create user interfaces
• Analyzing problems of users and creating effective design solutions
• Present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders

Conditions:

• 8 hours / 5 days
