The Role

 Analyzing/calculation of Weekly Safety Inputs received from the office & fleet.
 Preparation of HSE Monthly Safety Statistics / tracking logs for external
distribution to the Clients.
 Preparation of HSE Monthly Safety Statistics for submission to Divisional QHSE Manager.
 Handling all correspondence relating to NCRs, incidents, Memos etc…
 Updating status of NCRs, incidents, etc…
 Distribution of Safety Flashes / Bulletins to the fleet.
 Monitoring available stock of Q/HSE safety equipment.
 Issuing and controlling all Q/HSE purchasing requisitions.
 Archiving all Q/HSE documents as per procedure.
 Preparing of SMS / Q/HSE packages for new vessels.
 Reception cover as and when needed.
 Other administrative assistance to QHSE department / employees.

Requirements

 Diploma in safety, marine or engineering preferred.
 Attention to detail and can work to achieve deadlines.
 Competent on MS office packages.(Word/Excel)
 Good analytical skills - Organized and self-motivated.
