JOB TITLE:  RECEPTIONIST/ADMIN ASSISTANT

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• As a first point of contact for the company, principally responsible to provide information and welcome visitors and callers and ensuring that internal and external contacts are responded promptly and professionally.
• Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
• Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
• Manage the incoming and outgoing mail and couriers. Responsible in the booking of couriers and ensure that the outgoing mails reach their destination successfully.
• Assign meeting rooms for corporate office staff and visitors as per request
• To maintain the file of stationery requisition forms, update stock records monthly.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree;
• 1-2 years of experience in administration;
• Fluent English and Azerbaijani, knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
• Good skills to Intermediate level in Microsoft software.
• Good organizational skills
• Be a team member
