CIDC Baku LLC is embarking on a major project in the production of fast moving consumer goods and the production of raw materials to facilitate this strategy with the development of a new plant.

The Baku based state of the art manufacturing works requires the assembly of a project team with high skill, proven potential and the ability to drive the vision of CIDC Baku LLC.

We are currently seeking a Project Planner to join the Company.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the project planning, time plan and deadlines, as well forecast of money flows, contract payment schedule, for cash out flow purpose.
• Take part in the design meetings and preparations as well all negotiations of contact- and project- works to be able to make the overall planning expedite and coordinate the works, in strong cooperation with the Civil Engineer, Process, Electrical and Mechanical Supervisors.
• Taking part of the periodical (weekly) project meetings, and keep record of the minutes and follow up actions.
• Coordinating and communicating with internal project group members, contractors, machine suppliers during machine production, transport and installation, concerning the progress of the works.
• If needed initiate corrective actions, or informs the project management to take corrective actions to expedite works to keep the project plan.
• Keep record of all contracts, total project budget and follow up of spendings, provide to financial department the forecast of future payments.
• Will be the main intermediary for all designers, consultancy technical experts, contractors, machine suppliers, process equipment installers for timing and planning issues.
• Follow the supply, import, custom clearance of equipment for the project in cooperation with the procurement department.
• The scope of works will in a second stage also include the planning and follow up of the whole plant staff, recruitment and training process. Commissioning, start up and implementing the final working plant organization with procedures and systems.

Requirements:

• University education in mechanical, electrical, civil engineering or project economics / finance (a combination of engineering and economic / industrial engineer.
• Fluent in English, Azeri and Russian
• Experience in MS Project or other project planning software, experience in AutoCAD or other design softwares.
• 2-3 years of practical experience in project planning, or similar works.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Self starter, with strong motivation, initiative and persistent for upcoming difficulties
• Planning and excellent communication skills
