What you’ll be doing

- Own the social media accounts: plan, create and post content to our social media channels in Azerbaijani, Russian and English
- Engage customers via our CRM tool and the Discovery tab in our app
- Write and send out press releases, email newsletters, inApp messages, push messages
- Translate content to press releases, as well as content on our app & web site
- Edit, maintain and update texts in our app
- Constantly monitor and update automated user comms to make sure they follow the latest developments on a company level
- Support and lead marketing campaigns
- Track and have follow-ups with influencers
- Work together and support Marketing Manager with most critical marketing topics in the market
- Work closely with the central marketing team to push out digital marketing
- Support restaurant marketing
- Assist in everyday and ad-hoc tasks

Our humble expectations

- You are enthusiastic and eager to learn and develop your skills in marketing.
- Have a strong creative eye and great understanding of social media channels.
- You are creative in your writing and you can adapt your tone of voice for various audiences.
- Ability to really own a project, work independently and ask for guidance when needed.
- Preferably experience in a fast-moving environment with a strong focus on achieving targets and getting things done.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar.
- Background in e-commerce, digital marketing, apps or hospitality is a plus.
- Native in Azerbaijani and Russian, and super fluent in English.
