Operation Administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Prepare commercial offers
• Prepare tender documents
• Drafting contracts
• Prepare budget for projects
• Negotiations with suppliers, clients and also to coordinate with them
• Control the movement and delivery of the goods
• Issuing shipping documents
• Co-ordination with shipping companies, organization and control of freight in export and import operation
• Filing documents as per Company procedures
• Translation of the documents (Russian – English / English – Russian)
• Drawing up the letters
• Prepare of the daily and annual reporting.
• Answer phone calls made by clients and suppliers
• Provide support to the managers and supervisors

REQUİRED SKİLLS/EXPERİENCE:

• Relevant experience as a operation/administration,
• University degree in commercial/technical or other related business disciplines
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian

PERSONAL QUALİTİES:

• Ability to work both individually and in a team
• Able to handle short deadlines and multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good analytical, communication and presentation skills
