CORPORATIVE SALES AND PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Present, promote and sell products/services using established and new channels to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-¬benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Prepare and complete tender and proposal documents according to bid requirements
• Follow and attend networking and social events representing the company
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback


Qualifications and Skills:

• Possession of a bachelor’s degree in economics, public administration, marketing or related field
• 2 years’ experience in sales
• Experience in project management is advantage
• Experience in working with CRM systems
• 1 year customer relations and clients management (preferable)
• Good Language skills: Russian (Advanced), Azerbaijani (Native) and English (Intermediate)
• Must have good IT skills
• Corporative Sales manager must be confident, organized, persistent and assertive. They also should understand the company's mission and be passionate about its product and services.
• The ability to apply risk management skills

Salary:

• 800 AZN + bonuses
