Senior Linux System Administrator

General İnformation

Kapital Bank invites applicants to become professional team members by applying for the position of Senior Linux System Administrator in the IT Infrastructure Department.

Liabilities:

• Troubleshhoting daily problems on servers;
• Creating , configure, manage and clone servers;
• Installing package and patchs or updating the system;
• Administration on linux systems (CentOS 6/7/8, RHEL 5,6,7, Debian, OL6,7, Ubuntu);
• Creating redundant system with clustering;
• Configure monitoring systems on servers;
• Creating new users and groups and managing permissions;
• Configure servers work with other systems.

Skillls:

• Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent work experience (1 -2 work experience, RedHat RHCSA preference is given to those who have a certificate);
• Administration onVMware ESXII systems (create, manage, clone, edit and migrate servers);
• Creating new users and groups and managing permissions (setfacl, Suid, Sguid);
• Working with SAN, Samba, NFS and LVM file systems;
• Working with Apache, Nginx and Tomcat web servers;
• Configuring DNS, Squid, Postfix, FreeIPA, BI publisher, Reposerver, Ansible, NFS cluster, VSFTP, HAProxy, UMDS systems;
• Automation processes with bash or python scripts;
• Monitoring systems (PRTG, Zabbix)
• Connecting servers to monitoring systems;
• Configure Selinux, firewalld and iptables ;
• Configuring security options on servers;
• Troubleshooting network problems on servers (tcpdump, wireshark).
