Sales Manager Vacancy for Concierge company

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
• Meeting planned sales goals.
• Setting individual sales targets.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Promoting the organization and products.
• Understand ideal customers and how they relate to products.

Sales Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedication to providing great customer service.
• Ability to lead a sales team.
• Experience in sales for no less than 1 year.
• Knowledge of Russian, Azerbaijani and English English at least C1 level.
• Ability to negotiate at B2C and B2B levels.
• Diligence, responsibility and flexibility.
