We have open fix term (outsource) position for EHS & Car Fleet Coordinator based in Baku city.

This position exists to ensure:

- The proper work of the company's car fleet in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, as well as with local legislation. Timely ensure quality repair and scheduled technical inspection of vehicles, control and analysis of mileage, fuel consumption, control vehicles spare-parts change. Take measures to ensure the driving safety of a corporate cars;
- Ensure "Environment, Health and Safety" direction within company's staff.

Main areas of responsibilities:

- Control the technical condition of all vehicles of the company through the timely organization of scheduled technical inspections at stations for maintenance. Carrying out regular internal audit of the car park (conduct external inspection, spare parts check, assessment of technical parameters & etc.);
- Work with vendors as: insurance companies, maintenance stations, with suppliers who provides fuel and spare parts for cars. Be able to work with document turnover, control the provision of payment in accordance with the contracts, check quality of the goods and services provided. Cooperate with the state administration on all issues related to the car fleet of the company;
- Timely control the quality of vehicles repair through interaction with the insurance companies and maintenance stations. Registration, investigation and administration of insurance cases. Keeping statistics and reporting on insurance cases. Provision of necessary documentation for insurance companies for payment of insurance indemnity;
- Organization and conduction of safe driving trainings to company's staff. Regular verification of safe driving knowledge within company's staff.
Conduct a test driving for candidates taking a position in the company, to whom corporate car to be provided. Consistent implementation of "EHS" programs in line with global strategies and plans;
- Ensure proper company's transport policy follow in company. To be regular updated with the current legislation & changes in it (including traffic rules). Timely informing of management and employees of the company about such changes;
- Ensuring proper control of the mileage of each car, fuel consumption. Keep its proper tracking including budget;
- Control the budget expenditures for the needs of the car fleet related to the Representative Office (buying new cars and selling old ones; fuel costs; expenses for the spare parts for cars; scheduled maintenance; repairs and others).

Candidate requirements:

Education: University degree (preferable Technical education);
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience. Experience at an international company is a plus.
Language Skills: Azerbaijan- native, Russian - fluent; English – good;
Skills: 5 years of driving experience with "B" license category, excellent in communication and negotiation skills;
Functional Skills: good in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
